Homemade Tzatziki and U.S. Update!
Ok guys before we get into it today some other quick news for those of you who may not have yet seen – I’m coming to the US!
Thanks to the amazing results I’ve been achieving after adding Keto-OS to my routine, I was more than happy to join forces with the amazing Pruvit team to speak on my experiences with Ketosis and Keto-OS. And for today’s recipe let’s get right into it with a sure-fire keto-friendly flavour booster – Tzatziki.
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lebanese cucumber
- 1/2 cup dill
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- 30ml Olive Oil
Step 1: Chopping
- Finely chop the mint, dill and garlic.
- Skin the cucumber, and dice into small pieces.
Step 2: Mixing
- Place the olive oil, yoghurt into a bowl.
- Fold through the remaining ingredients
- And season well with salt and pepper.
