Homemade Tzatziki and U.S. Update!

Ok guys before we get into it today some other quick news for those of you who may not have yet seen – I’m coming to the US!

Thanks to the amazing results I’ve been achieving after adding Keto-OS to my routine, I was more than happy to join forces with the amazing Pruvit team to speak on my experiences with Ketosis and Keto-OS. The event is to be held in San Diego, California at the W Hotel, on August 8th 10am – 3pm (PDT).
I’m very grateful to be in the company of great Keto community leaders such as Maria Emmerich (best-selling author of “Keto-adapted”, Dr. Andra Campitelli,  ND naturopathic Doctor & host of Mission Make Over, and loads more.
Hoping to meet you all over there, for more event information, and how to book, you can check out the Pruvit Facebook page.

And for today’s recipe let’s get right into it with a sure-fire keto-friendly flavour booster – Tzatziki.
