Keto Hollandaise Sauce

So yesterday I receive a notification from the Keto King Facebook page that someone’s left a comment on one of my posts, asking: ‘How do I make a low carb Hollandaise Sauce?!’
Well! Ask and you shall receive!
Here’s my take on Hollandaise sauce for the Keto Lifestyle, hope you get the consistency just right too.

Keto Hollandaise Sauce
Just 4 ingredients!
- Pink Rock Salt
- 150g Butter
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Egg
Step 1: Little glass measuring cup!
- Combine a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of water and an egg yolk in the bottom of a blender cup.
Step 2: Boil some water in a saucepan, place a steel bowl on top.
- Into this bowl place the 150g stick of butter – we don’t want to burn this little guy.
Step 3: Grab a hand blender!
If you don’t know what I mean by hand blender here is a pic below for you:
- And lastly – slowly drizzle in the melted butter a little at a time; as you blend until you reach the desired consistency.
You see as the butter hits the eggs they start to cook. Perfect consistency!!
