A Day in the Life of Keto King

Every day, I’m asked for advice about nutrition, exercise, and supplementation about the Keto lifestyle.
So here I have prepared for you a snapshot of my own routine – one day in the life of me.
You can give some of my ideas a try and see if they fit in with your goals, of course make changes to suit your own situation/location.
This is what I eat to rip up quickly. So for the next 4 weeks this is what it is.

Your new keto life:
6:00AM
First thing I do when I wake, is:
Glass of cold water
Pharmaceutical grade, 5g L-Carnitine
10g L-Glutamine
1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar
1 table spoon of lemon juice
1 tea spoon of Saigon cinnamon.
All in one drink.
6:10AM
7:30AM
Meal 1
Omelette, 3 whole eggs, 3 yolks
100g asparagus
30g smoked salmon
Pink rock salt and pepepr to taste
All cooked in 25g coconut oil.
Followed by Digestive Enzymes.
Long black coffee (Americano)
10:30AM
Meal 2
150g smoked salmon
1 hass avocado
Little squeeze of lemon
Peppermint tea.
12:30PM
12:45PM
Long black (Americano)
1:00PM
5:00PM
Meal 3
Same as Meal 2.
150g smoked salmon
1 hass avocado
Little squeeze of lemon
Peppermint tea.
6:00PM
Meal 4
200G grass-fed beef mince, fried in coconut oil until browned
Add herbs and spices, salt & pepper
Dollop 1 large tablespoon of tomato paste
Peppermint or camomile tea.
Followed by Digestive Enzymes.
Drink 4 to 6 to 8L of water during the day.
8:00PM
Few strawberries with 2 teaspoons of almond or Peanut butter Eat
Take Magnesium again, and Evening Primrose Oil.
Every 3rd day I use 50g of dextrose in my bcaa shake.
Sleep train repeat
And that’s it guys, a day in my life.
